Genetics is a predisposition NOT a cause! This only means you are more susceptible, something still needs to "trigger" your thyroid to slow down. Virues, infections, toxins, metal and other areas are also possible BUT FOOD IS the leading cause!
"I no longer have my thyroid so I will always need medication" ... 

Yes this is true, you will always need medication, please never stop taking it! BUT your body STILL needs to use that medication correctly. When it doesn't, symptoms will persist - always! You know what can prevent your body from using medication effectively?  FOOD!

Are these physical books?

No, everything is digital. To put everything in physical form would drive up the cost due to production and shipping. I'd also be limited on where the items could be shipped. In addition, It also helps me to continue to provide as much value as I can as well with new data and research. If everything were physical updating data wouldn't be possible so I've chosen to keep it digital to avoid all of these limitations.

Is this meal plan vegan/vegetarian?
